There appears to be some question on why we are doing this film. There are several reasons. One (1) because a picture is worth a thousand words and a film is worth ten thousand words. Second (2nd) Many called what we received a "spanking". This will leave very little doubt in anyone's mind that this was a beating and not a "spanking." Also and thirdly (3rdly) Tidwell under oath stated no boy ever received more than ten licks with the strap and that the strap was never raised any higher than shoulder heigth. If we can get him for no other reason we might get him for lying under oath and charged with perjury.

This film will be posted on YouTube, CNN I-Reports, shown on channel 10 ABC 12 NBC in Jacksonville (in a special report) as well as articles in the St. Petersburg Times, Florida Times Union and The Maimi Herald. It will also be viewed by the senators who will vote on our pending bill when four or five White House Boys appear before them when the case is finally heard.

On Monday we are going to begin getting the boy actors together and start rehearsals. Need to get legal forms from parents and get them signed and then rehearse. Then we will start the final shooting of the entire film with the professional videographer and editing. After the shower scene the boy’s faces will be shown (scared-leg shaking, hands twisting and so-forth) while the beating continues in the background. I might add the beating behind them in shadow form on the wall. The actual shower scene (with a boy) will be more dramatic-his legs shaking and sobbing profusely. The ceilings in both Hatton's office and the beating chamber are now completed and they will appear finished in the actual filming. If everything goes as planned we hope to complete this project by March 30, 2012.

The WHITE HOUSE is a building where hundreds of boys were beaten bloody. The story has made national news and there is now a bill before the Florida Senate asking for compensation for the men who are still living. This is only a quick outline of what is needed. We need to complete this by March 30th, 2012 as this will be shown in front of the Florida senate on Friday.

PROPOSAL:

What I want is a short 10-12 minute film showing the beating of the boys at the White House Building. Basically there will be four boys (ages 9-11-12-15) who will be taken to the building for punishment. My concern is showing the fear in the faces of these boys and the fright each is experiencing. After entering the building the boys will enter a room with a small cot and made to wait as the first boy is taken in another small room to be beaten. As the boy is given licks with the leather strap (which I have) (screams and yelling in background) the sounds will be heard while the three (3) other boys’ faces are (filmed) showing fear listening to the first boys being beaten. The second boy will be taken out and the first boy will have returned to the room with the other waiting boys. In background second boy will receive 28 licks. As the second beating begins the first beaten boy will raise his shirt and his back is as black, blue and red. The other two waiting boys are horrified and fidgeting. One boy’s leg is show shaking in fear so badly that he almost falls to the floor. The second boy will return to the room and the third boy will be taken to the beating chamber. This is where you will see the actual beating. Here the two men beating the boys will be shown as mean, cruel and somewhat enjoying the activity. (“Bet I can draw blood on the first blow”). After five licks a scuffle ensues and the men brutally beat the boy until he gets back on to the small cot and they start over with the beating. When he is returned to the room with the other boys the fourth boy is taken for a beating. The boy immediately begins to fight with the men and they beat him standing up. All at once all becomes quiet and one of the men yells “The damn kid ain’t breathing”.) He rushes into the other room and hurries the three boys out of the building. The boys begin talking to themselves that the fourth boy might have been beaten to death. The final shot will be a shot of a shower (drain) with blood swirling down the drain. The camera pans up slowly from the feet, legs, thighs, buttocks and back which is totally as blue, green, red and black as a car tire. His bloody underwear (boxers) are stuck to his rear-end and are being peeled off by the boy.

The main concern here is not the beating itself. It is the FEAR which will be shown in the faces, expressions, eye movements and body language of the actors portraying these parts. The visual effects will leave very little doubt about the excessive brutality of the beatings. There will be very little spoken parts for these boys.

Any monies collected for this project will ONLY be used for this film. If you are sending a donation by mail please call us (912) 617-7030 so we can add your name to the donation page and that will let us know exactly where we are on the project. The camera and equipment are ready and what is needed is to build the White House beating room for filming. This will be made of plywood, wire and stucco and made to match the photos we now have. We found a bed for $35.00 but the shipping (weight) is $120.00 as the bed is in Penn State.

STATEMENT: There seems to be some question about what to do with the 8x8x8 room after the film is completed. I have no idea. I guess I could tear it down as it is only a little larger than a prison cell or I can leave it in Roger Jrs. shed and let him use it as a small storage room for his Christmas stuff. I feel he would appreciate the small storage room as he spent almost $3,000.00 to put in the shed and has allowed us to use it for this project. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal but maybe it is to some. If someone wants to give us the money back for the materials, pay for our time, gas and labor they can come and tear it down and haul it off. We have finally come together and stopped the infighting but some brothers appears to want to keep it going. This petty crap is exactly why I do not attend any of the reunions. My FREE labor is my contribution to this project. If someone wants to buy the small room after the film is completed they will have to pay for my labor as well as pay back any and all monies to the four men who contributed to this project. When completed, I will post a final bill and put on this page.

I have been so busy on the film that I have not kept up with the donation page. I think this is correct. If not please let me know if there are some mistakes as I can't remember who sent what amount in all the confusion of the last few days of filming and trying to get everything to come together all at once. I didn't even keep track of my hours and gas expences. Just to busy. I did get a receipt from Dale (video) for $450.00 and he donated his editing time of 33 hours.

The bed arrived today. It was sanded and a little white was added as several boys remember. Stll have to make a thin mattress and find a stripped pillow.

The metal building will go up on Tuesday and we will then begin to build the White House beating room inside. Pics will be posted as the work progresses over the next few days and weeks.





The White House beating room will be built inside this area for filming. We will begin work as soon as the funds for wood, sheet-rock, paint and supplies are available. Several female artists from the "Island Players" (set designers for "One Flew over the cuckoos nest") have agreed to duplicate the White House walls free of charge to help our cause against the abuse of children. That is very kind of them and very much appreciated.





The 2x4x8s are for the room and the 2x4x16s were paid for by Roger Jr to put in the floor to the shed.





When dry I will wash the cover and pillow and lighten up the stains.





I will add additional pictures as the room (the set) is being built and the set progresses. The floor will go in Saturday and Sunday and I should begin building the walls on Monday or Tuesday. After the wall frames are constructed I will go pick up the sheetrock, screws, mud and paint and get the walls ready for the artists to duplictae the White House Chamber Walls.











Three walls up and next will be the sheetrock then ceiling 2x4s and sheetrock. Then mud, sand, texture, paint and then ready for the artists to come in and duplicate the White House Walls.









Next is the ceiling and then the paint and then the stains and bloody (paint) hand print done by the female artists.









Now for the stains on the walls and the black marks for the strap on the ceiling.
